A brilliant young high school senior penned her vision board of “The Future MY PLANS” in 1969.
She wrote:
“What’s next?” Has been a baffling question. I haven’t quite decided what I want to do with my life. I know the best thing to do is to go to college while I’m trying to make my decision.
I’m not quite decided whether I want to become a career woman yet. I do know that I want to travel and get a look at some of the things I missed over these years of preparation to accept the responsibilities of a young adult. I AM a young adult now!
After traveling and school (not in that order!) I want to marry and have a family. I want to be able to do things that will bring joy and happiness to others.
When I find out what “love” is, I want to live a Happy and fruitful life with the one who loves me and the one I love (I’m speaking of ONLY one person-smile!-for the smart guys!)
There’s no time like the present to pen your vision board. Before you know it, fifty-one years will have flown by!
